Fedor Emelianenko is a Sambo Grandmaster, PRIDE Heavyweight Champion, one of MMA’s greatest of all time and was once even on Russia’s Council of Physical Fitness & Sports. In short, it’s fair to say that he’s had an illustrious career and was best known in the cage for his heavy punches, armbars and beautiful takedowns that came from both Sambo and Judo.
