Herb Dean is perhaps one of MMAs most famous and decorated UFC referees and is known for his well-timed stoppages and deep understanding of MMA rules. It’s no surprise either, as Dean was an MMA fighter himself, who had a record of 2-3 and also has a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Because of this, Dean is highly regarded as one of the best UFC referees ever and is held in high regard as a result.
Whilst a lot is known about his professional life, less is known about his personal life as he keeps quite a low profile. What is known is that he’s married to his wife Victoria, who is of Russian descent – whilst Herb Dean is American. Victoria Dean dated Herb for years, and now they’re married with two children.
