Wing Chun expert Rashun Herkul beats up dojo storming Jeet Kune Do practitioner
The video below begins with Wing Chun instructor Rashun Herkul being taught certain kicks by a Jeet Kune Do practitioner (The Wing Chun guy is in the black with gloves, whilst the Jeet Kune Do guy is wearing the denim shorts). A little while on, and you can tell that the Wing Chun instructor is growing a little tired of the JKD kicks.
The Wing Chun practitioner then asks if he’d like to spar and says he can go ‘very easy’ to which the JKD guy responds ‘I don’t have time for that’ and swears. This enfuriates the WIng Chun teacher who then says ‘get your gloves, we can go now’ which is where things get heated. The Wing Chun guy then puts his head to the head of the Wing Chun teacher and almost goes to headbutt him.
The Wing Chun expert responds by slapping the Jeet Kune Do practitioner in the head and throws a few punches. This restults in the Wing Chun guy throwing the other to the floor and landing more strikes. As he lets him up, the Jeet Kune Do fighter then tries a sneaky headkick which is ducked, and responded to by throwing him to the floor. After this, the Jeet Kune Do fighter swears and leaves. There’s only one winner here, and it’s the Wing Chun practitioner.
Here’s some backstory: apparently the Jeet Kune Do guy turned up and was reluctant to drill or train properly. He also tried to correct the technique of the Wing Chun teacher which was bizarre considering it was his house. The Wing Chun guy was 52 years old, whereas the younger guy was 34. This isn’t a dig on JKD either, more showing that overconfidence and lack of technique can spell disaster when fighting.
