Jake Paul shows off physical transformation – from teen star to pro boxer

These days, Jake Paul may best be known as a Youtube-boxer. Love him or hate him, he’s proven himself as a solid competitor during his time in the ring with knockout victories against the likes of Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren among others.

However, for those from the older generation, you may remember Jake Paul in his earlier days as a skinny teen. Whilst Paul has always been around martial arts in some capacity (he wrestled in high school), he hasn’t always had the bulked-up muscle look that has today.

In fact, as a teen he was relatively skinny. In fairness, he was always in good shape for his age but it’s also fair to note that he’s considerably bigger compared to his younger days. This is down to puberty and a lifestyle that revolves around boxing and working out.

As seen, this is one hell of a physical transformation and has even got some people asking whether it’s natural. The long and short answer to this is yes, Jake Paul’s body is natural. Typically, Paul fights as a cruiserweight at around 86KG whilst standing at 6’1 feet tall. This is a very normal weight and look for someone of his size who takes boxing seriously.

In summary, it’s good to see someone move from a cocky Nickelodeon kid to a serious boxer. Even if you still don’t like him as a person, Jake Paul is certainly worthy of your respect due to his professionalism when it comes to boxing and weight training.
