Looking at Dana White’s incredible physical transformation

Dana White is best known for being the head honcho of the UFC. It’s fair to say that love him or hate him, the face of the MMA game would look drastically different without him. Aside from building the UFC, Dana White is also known for his physical look. Yes, that’s right – there have been many theories about Dana White’s weight and size. Here, we shall look at them.

Dana White in the earlier years

Aside from the odd childhood photo, there really isn’t much showing Dana White during his earlier adulthood. In fairness, this would have been the 80s when he was a boxing coach. As he wasn’t famous, there just aren’t too many pictures of him floating around. At least, not publically anyway.

This means that there is only one real photo of Dana White when he was younger. This was in 2001 when Dana White did his first ever UFC event as the boss. Here, we can see Dana White with hair (although balding), crooked teeth, and most noticeably a smaller frame. At this point, Dana White was probably a regular-sized guy. Judging by his shoulders in his suit, he’s not small by any means – but he’s not huge either.

Dana White bulks up

As seen in the picture below, Dana White seriously bulked up. This drew comparisons with Kingpin from the Spider-man series (who was also a jacked-up, bald guy). Overall, it’s not too surprising to see that Dana gained serious muscle mass. As a boxer in his earlier years, it would have been harder to gain muscle due to constant training. After retiring from sports and martial arts, this would allow Dana White the time and resources to gain muscle. It looks like he works out seriously too, based on his size and muscle.

Is Dana White fat?

Dana White has sometimes been called fat. Arguably, the best way to describe him would be to built-fat. This is a term to describe someone that has some body fat on them, whilst also being muscular too. The picture on the left shows Dana White with a clear belly. However, on the right, he looks in better shape. It’s entirely possible that Dana White goes through bulking stages and then cuts. In other words, most of the time he’s not really fat – but can add body fat when trying to gain muscle in the long term.

Dana White’s head growth

There is another theory to explain Dana White’s muscle mass and growth. This theory is that Dana White has used steroids to aid his growth. Sadly, steroids are common in the MMA scene, and it’s not like Dana wouldn’t have access to them either. Some have claimed that this would explain his head size which has grown over the years.

Well, apparently steroids cannot enlarge your head. However, stuff like HGH can. Undoubtedly, Dana White’s head looks to have grown over the years. Still, we really don’t know why this is – at least conclusively. Regardless, a guy with his shape in his 50s is still a cause for suspicion with many MMA fans. Whatever your thoughts on Dana White, it’s fair to say that he has undergone a severe physical transformation over the years which has seen him pack on muscle mass.
