Darren Till posts Ariel Helwani’s personal phone number on Instagram

Over the years, Darren Till has had a pretty unusual relationship with Ariel Helwani, to say the least. Whilst they both seem to enjoy each other’s company, it seems that Till likes to prod Helwani at times and make jokes at his expense. Sometimes, you could say this prodding goes too far. Step forward, Tills latest shenanigans.

Just yesterday, Darren Till appeared to post Ariel Helwani’s personal phone number on his Instagram account. Right now, Till has almost 340,000 followers on the site and has gained cult status due to his no-nonsense approach when talking honestly about MMA and other subjects. He put up Helwani’s phone number on a story which was a screenshot from his phone book.

Although an Instagram story only lasts several hours, this would obviously be long enough for people to contact Helwani. As a result, it’s a real possibility that Helwani would be forced to change his phone number due to the amount of spam that would likely to follow.

One reason for their tense relationship may stem back to 2020 when Helwani quizzed Darren Till about his relationship with Irish drug boss Daniel Kinahan. Until then, Till was clearly friends with Kanahan who is a known drugs lord and is also friends with multiple boxers and MMA fighters. Obviously, this could have influenced Till’s decision to troll Helwani.
