Muay Thai gym Fairtex terminates DJ Jackson’s relationship due to ‘ethical breaches’

When it comes to martial arts, you’re never too far away from gym drama. Last week saw Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt DJ Jackson have his relationship terminated at the famous Fairtex gym in Thailand (home of Stamp Fairtex). Here, DJ Jackson was teaching BJJ on a regular basis since moving to the country from America.

In a statement released by Fairtex on Instagram, they cited that Jackson had breached ethics which involved ‘stealing money from students, embezzlement, and fraud’ the statement later read ‘We cannot and will not allow staff to act immorally, especially when it comes to financial matters’

Since then, it’s understood that Jackson has taken up a coaching role at Marrock Force MMA which is also in Thailand. Sadly, this isn’t the first controversy that has followed Jackson – who was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree in 2008 and is black belt under Lloyd Irvin. Since the original statement, neither DJ Jackson or Fairtex have released any other comments on the matter.
