Rare photos of a young Khabib Nurmagomedov during his childhood

Now a grown man, Khabib Nurmagomedov was once a boy. Famously at a young age he wrestled a bear in his homeland of Dagestan, Russia. Since then, he went on to become the UFC Lightweight Champion, achieving legendary status by doing so with a perfect 29-0 record. Having said this, less is known about his childhood and younger days. Remember, this would have been in the 90s in Dagestan, in an era well before social media when Khabib was just a kid who trained with his father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov.

In this article, we have collected a number of rare pictures from Khabib’s childhood when he was just a boy. There are also a few photos included from his teenage years, as well as him with his beloved father, coach, and mentor.
